Terms and Conditions

  1. Confidentiality Agreement: Both the facilitator and client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during sessions unless otherwise agreed upon, or required by law.  Exceptions to confidentiality will always be discussed with the client prior to disclosure.
  2. Commitment to Attendance: To achieve the desired goals, the client agrees to attend scheduled sessions punctually, barring any unforeseen circumstances. The therapist commits to being present and prepared for each session. Rescheduling requests are appreciated at least 48 hours in advance.
  3. Communication Protocol: Clear communication channels will be established through a group WhatsApp with the facilitators and the client for regular contact and support. If it is an emergency a call is preferred. If it is in the evening after 9pm CET, a response will be given the next day and if your query is at the weekend please give 24 hours for a response. Open communication is essential for the programme to build trust and create safety. .
  4. Payment Terms: The accepted method of payment is by online transfer to a Wise EURO account unless otherwise agreed. Full payment is due before the programme begins.
  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If the client discontinues the programme before completion any remaining sessions will be forfeited and no refund will be given. We encourage you to communicate any concerns or reasons for discontinuation to ensure appropriate support and resolution before you decide to discontinue. 
  6. Boundaries and Professionalism: Both the therapist and the client agree to maintain professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic relationship, refraining from engaging in any behaviour that could be considered unethical or inappropriate. If these boundaries are challenged for anyone, an honest discussion is supported.  
  7. Feedback and Evaluation: Regular feedback will be encouraged and welcomed from both parties to ensure the effectiveness of the therapy programme and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Informed Consent: The client acknowledges that they have been fully informed about the nature of the therapy process, including its benefits, risks, and alternatives, and consents to participate voluntarily.
