Transforming the ‘past’ does not happen through force or by ignoring it, but through what I call inspired “inner-standing”, where self study, ancient wisdom and insight create gradual and profound shifts in perspective and behaviour.
We break cycles by meeting ourselves with curiosity, care, and responsibility, not by blaming ourselves. By making small, intentional choices that shift the way we relate, respond, and engage with life.
This is how we begin to liberate both ourselves and the next generation from inherited pain.

“ReParented” is an 8-week journey designed to help you transform early childhood patterns so you can show up as a more present, grounded, and intentional human and parent, overflowing with love. This journey helps you understand and dissolve inherited habits and beliefs, and respond to life with love, patience, and clarity—creating space for both you and your loved ones to thrive.
This inspirational journey is designed over 8 weeks and chronologically ordered with a different theme, with reflections and practices for each. However, you can follow through at your own pace. The process is designed to help you hold yourself in a space of depth, love, and truth as you access your inner wisdom and clarity.

If you feel like you’d benefit from some extra connection and accountability, the live cohort is a great addition.
You’ll need around 90 mins each week for the material—watching videos, reading material, rituals, and reflecting and contemplation time. If you join the live cohort, you’ll have the opportunity for more engagement, but it’s totally optional.
By the end of “ReParented,” you’ll have some of the insights, tools and practices you need to continue your evolution through the Spiral of Becoming towards the initiation process of Miramorphosis. You are likely to feel more grounded, peaceful, and empowered in your life as a human and parent, and you’ll be more equipped to create a loving, emotionally safe environment for yourself and your children minus the shame and guilt. Plus, you’ll be part of an ongoing community that will continue to support you as you grow.
