Is the one-to-one healing I’ve offered for 25 years out of date?
I hosted a bespoke family healing this week – nine humans across three generations – group acupuncture, sound, and energy. It was magic!
The invisible threads of tension in unsaid words and unexpressed emotions between softened
Tears, laughter, anger, sorrow.. connection, honesty, and safety…
In a 4-hour experience, 9 lives and 36 living relationships shifted faster than if just one had taken part. The effect multiplies because the geometry of connection expands exponentially!
And it’s as old as humanity because:
Dis-ease is disharmony in the collective field, and a group effort restores balance.
A circle creates equality – being witnessed is central to healing.
Group work dissolves isolation and amplifies the healing potential of all.
I’ve been in group ‘family constellation’ for 3 years, I’ve offered retreats for 12 years. Each time we felt like brothers and sisters from other mothers, supporting each other through the tough times. This stuff works!
I know how many appreciate my 1:1 sessions, the attention, the care, the love. BUT I feel frustrated with the ‘slowness’ of it.
My question:
Is the potential of healing in a group more powerful and needed more than ever, than the attention and privacy of one-to-one?
Is this where I should focus?
What do you think?
With love in all ways,
Dipika
